Rivers Retreat is a brand-new, beautifully built cabin located in the desirable Sky Harbor community, offering the perfect balance of peaceful mountain surroundings and convenient access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and entertainment, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath cabin is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax and enjoy the Smoky Mountains.
The main level features an inviting open-concept living area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gathering together. Also on the main level is a half bathroom and a spacious master suite with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Step outside onto the main deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, complete with a grill and outdoor fire pit—perfect for evening meals or relaxing under the stars.
The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, offering a game room with a pool table, arcade machine, and a second fireplace. This level also includes two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunk bed—along with a full bathroom. From the lower deck, guests can unwind in the private hot tub after a day of exploring the area.
Nestled in Sky Harbor, Rivers Retreat provides a quiet, wooded setting while remaining centrally located near top attractions, dining, shopping, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Based on the choice of our owners, dogs are allowed in "pet-friendly" cabins only, no cats or any other animal. There is a $60 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per pet-friendly cabin. Pet size is limited to 50lbs per pet. All pets must be leashed at all times or kenneled when left alone in the cabin. Pet owners are responsible for the cleaning up of any pet refuse. Pet fee does not cover additional cleaning that cabin may need after check-out; the guest is responsible for any extra cleaning charges. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as well as flea and tick preventative medications. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. If a pet is found in any of our units that do not allow pets a fee of $250 will be charged to the guest, your reservation may be cancelled, and your party may be evicted without refund.
